The “Ansonia” is named after a Hudson River night boat that was once owned and operated by a descendent of the household owners. This elegant room is bright and airy, displaying Edwardian style furnishings with intricately carved details The Ansonia is known to be one of the last steam vessels in service, with sailing dates recorded through 1923. The Ansonia continues to proudly sail, full speed ahead, at The Renwick Clifton House.
